Rules & Restrictions
Travelers must meet all entry and transit requirements (visas, passports, health, etc.).
Travelers will be responsible for fulfilling all entry requirements (layover, visa, passport, health screening, etc.)
Rooms are double occupancy for up to 2 adults.
Every room is a Double Occupancy room (allowed 2 people per room).
Age restrictions apply and must be confirmed before booking; minors may incur extra charges.
Age limit may apply on each trip and must be checked before booking that trip.
Only one 80% Off Dubai Getaway is allowed per account.
Trips including minors may include extra charges.
Each Member may bring one guest at full price + $99 non-refundable Admin Fee; guest trips cannot be paid with Reward Stars.
Each subscriber can bring 1 guest paying full price plus $99 Admin Fee. The guest trip cannot be paid using stars.
You must claim your trip within 12 months of qualifying enrollment/purchase or by Dec 31, 2026 (whichever comes first).
The trip must be redeemed within 3 months of enrollment. If the trip is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited.
Brand Ambassadors must remain Active until the trip date or the benefit is forfeited.
All trip payments must be completed 60 days prior to the selected date.
All payments, fees, and costs are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or no-show; no-shows incur a $448 penalty.
To confirm the trip, flight information must be submitted 60 days before the trip date. If flight information is not received on time, the trip will be canceled and a USD$200 Penalty Charge will apply for the cancellation which will be charged using the credit card on file.
The Dubai Getaway is non-transferable and cannot be canceled or changed once payment is made.
In case of any cancellation or No Show, all payments, fees, charges, and VIP upgrade costs are non-refundable.
Flights must be submitted 60 days before the trip; otherwise the trip is canceled and a $200 penalty applies. All trip payments must also be completed 60 days in advance.
In case of a No Show, a $387 penalty will apply. To be charged from the credit card on file.
Orders must be fully paid to qualify; refunded, canceled, or chargeback orders will void the benefit.
The trip payment is non-transferable.
Weather-related cancellations: Activities canceled due to weather will be rescheduled when possible; if not, no refund or compensation will be issued.
Once the trip is confirmed to the traveler via email, there are no cancellations or changes to the date.
The trip cannot be gifted to another person under any circumstances.

BA Active Status Requirement
The Brand Ambassador (BA) must maintain a "commission active status." The ByDzyne account must be active with 35BV or 60BV to redeem the trip. If the status is not active, the trip voucher will be forfeited.

Active Subscription Requirement
In order to attend a trip, you must maintain an active BD Dream Vacations subscription right from the booking stage till the completion of the trip. You cannot attend without an active subscription.
